TECSS Home

WIN (Work Initiative Network) is a community based employment program that helps individuals recovering from mental health issues to find and maintain paid employment.

WIN works specifically with clients referred by one of the following five agencies:

  • Alternatives
  • Community Outreach Services*
  • Homeward
  • Prevocational Services*
  • Toronto East Counselling and Support Service (TECSS)
