REFERRAL PROCESS Self-referrals are strongly encouraged and welcome. Health care professionals, family, friends, community workers or concerned individuals should call the agency to inform us of the referral. Our services are voluntary and require the consent of the individual. Therefore, the individual needing service must contact the agency directly to arrange for an intake appointment.
