Modern developer dilemma
In today’s world, new technologies and tools appear every day and this is no different to front-end development.

There comes a time when every bird will fly the nest. The moment when the big bad world doesn’t seem as scary. With a few flaps of the wings everything I knew was left behind me and I didn’t look back.
In the summer of 2016 I left a prosperous career for something more than just a stable wage and a solid career path. We can discuss the merits of this stupidity/courageous act another day (especially as we still have no idea if it was the correct move). How did I manage to get myself to this point when I had no experience whatsoever of running a business? Well firstly I need a product, and this story goes as far back as May 2013.
“Why don’t you consider Romania?” was how a friend responded to my ranting on a poor developer experience in the UK. You must be kidding I thought. That is the other side of Europe; how will we communicate, can I trust them, do they speak English? Just the tip of the iceberg to my thinking. I half-jokingly asked if they understood start-up dynamics, were flexible and more than just a provider of a service but an honest partner too? You have no idea he laughed back.
I can honestly say that had I not crossed path with TECSS, I do not think I would be where I am today. I am wholly indebted to TECSS who have helped me develop a platform that in an intensely competitive market place, I have a product which can compete. I never had the backing of investors when I started and trying to build a business alone is nearly impossible. You need partners, you need different perspective and you need talent and expertise. TECSS brought all of this and more over the last few years. During times when I needed an innovative solution they could offer a different perspective. They would tell which of my ideas were realistic and which were beyond my scope (for now!). Most importantly they did it with a smile on their face and an always abiding professionalism.
Fanto Gaming ltd initially set up a website which acted as a one stop shop for all Fantasy Football needs. This idea soon evolved into Fantasy Sports which includes everything from Fantasy Golf to Fantasy Rugby. In our eyes this we are just at the beginning. For all the people in the pubs needing Fantasy football tips Fanto wants to be there holding their hands. We want to periodically publish a Fantasy football guide so we can be the go to people for the Fantasy premier league tips. With a game that is not based on budgets and is supported across websites, tablets, smartphones and apps we have created a platform which is really easy and fun. Don’t worry there will still be plenty of time for Fantasy football tips and tricks talk in the pubs as that is half of the fun!
